The easiest and most effective way for you to order is through this site's online shopping cart, which is located through the Products section of this web site. Many of our products are now available thorugh our new PayPal shopping system, that does allow you to purchase directly and securely with a credit card. When purchasing anything through our PayPal Shopping cart, please include all contact information at check out, so that we can contact you immediately should there be a problem with your order, or so that we can schedule a service you've purchased online. To Order Off-line:
Telephone, fax, email and snail mail orders are also welcomed. For security reasons, please do not send your credit card information via email. You may fax (408 287 8496) or call (408 287 8484) Skin Deep with your credit card information. If your are ordering internationally, we suggest you fill out and fax the order form to 1 (408) 287-8496.

The simple Order form can also be used for snail mail or faxed orders.

Shipping Rates and Information

NOTE: While most of the products and services offered on our site are now purchasable through our secure Paypal system, some of the more customized services and products are not, as they require specific information from you, and prices vary dependent upon the specific customization. Due to the highly personalized nature of some of these products and services, we request, at this time, that you fax or call in your credit card information (if you are NOT directed to our PayPal shopping system). The ordering address must match the credit card billing address that you are using. Remember your card's expiration date, and that we will need your Billing Zip Code. We also need the last three digits of the security code on the back of the card.
